Want to feel better but don't know where to start?

I have found a product that if taken when I feel pain or when I start to feel depressed or anxious, I immediately feel better without any toxins or side effects. I can use it on my children and animals and share it with everyone I possibly can.

Who is ready for school???

I am so ready to be sending my little humans to get knowledge filled with the AMAZING teachers at their school!

However, starting school comes with our fair share of anxiety, nervousness and start-up jitters! We start in August getting everything together... Backpacks, lunch bags, trial runs for making lunches, etc.

Today is raining and my first thought was -“my garden will get a good drink” but for those of you who don’t get excited for the rain the expression in the morning could be depression or anxiety or just down.
Getting up early and doing yoga or meditation can help evoke good feelings but if your like me and struggle to get up and going some mornings a few deep breaths of essential oils and a car diffuser is all I need.

I wash my hair with doTERRA products and use the root to tip serum. I use the doTERRA balance deoterant and face cream no to mention opening a bottle of my favorite bottle and take a good whiff.
