Behind every strong community is someone who leads with both compassion and calm and for Aspira Mayfair Terrace Retirement Living, that person is Karmina 🫀

Karmina began her journey in 2015 as a Care Aide and, with the support of Sienna Senior Living, continued to grow her career by completing her nursing education and becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Today, as Director of Wellness, she leads with dedication, heart, and an unwavering commitment to residents and their families.

Thank you, Karmina and to all of our nurses, for your leadership, empathy, and the warmth you bring to your residents, families, and team each day.
