Just a reminder of the PWYC Sound Healing sessions this month, to support our community during this hard time. The next one is this Friday, July 11th. All are welcome.

Heart Song Karaoke has been rescheduled from last week to Thursday, July 31st. Thank you to everyone who shared their presence and vulnerability last week at our 'Grieving Together' community gathering, as well to all the folks who helped make it happen 💕

All sessions are held at Almonte United Church Social Hall, 106 Elgin St., Almonte ☺️

This month, please show up for yourself, and reach out when you need. This community has generosity and kindness in spades. You are not alone ❤️

One more note: many of the folks who came last week expressed that they almost chose not to as they were afraid to 'take up space' for those who 'needed it more'. Please know, there is always space for everyone ✨
