Led by a Registered Nurse and a Registered Social Worker, Trellis blends frontline experience with a belief that healthy people build healthy communities. From individual care to community conversations, their work is grounded in connection, hope, and practical support.

This month we’re partnering with the Mississippi Mills Youth Centre to host a Parent Education Night exploring sleep, technology and youth wellbeing.

The evening includes:
- youth perspectives
- local data insights
- a mental health lens from Trellis clinicians
- and a moderated Q & A

This event is focused on fostering understanding, communication, and connection. You’ll leave with a clearer picture of what’s shaping youth wellbeing today, practical ideas to support ongoing conversations and shared boundaries at home, and some info on local resources.
