We're really looking forward to this event. Lot's of space for questions, discussion, and such valuable perspectives to draw on.

We hope to address questions like:
What do youth wish parents knew about these topics?
What are the links between sleep, tech, and mental health?
How can I bring this up without it being a battle?
What are others doing to help support healthy boundaries and conversations at home?

Registration is required: www.trellishealth.ca/workshops

Pay What You Can/By donation fee goes toward the youth center and speaker honorariums.

January is coming. But you know what?

The trees still have no leaves.
They aren’t rushing toward growth.
They’re doing the quieter behind the scenes work of winter.

That’s what we want to lean into too.

Taking time to reflect.
To notice what has been.
To make room for what’s next.

If you're a woman in the Ottawa or surrounding area and this sounds like something you might want too, the New Year Re-Set is open now. Begins Wednesday, January 7th @ 7:30pm.

Details and registration at https://www.trellishealth.ca/workshops

Feeling like you’re always on but almost never present?

You make a lot of decisions.
Carry a lot of responsibility.
Hold space for a lot of other people.

You’re trying to, or you wish you could live with more presence.
More intention.
More awareness.

But the week can get away from you before you even notice.

What if you had one small place to come back to?
A weekly anchor in the middle of everything.

Not to do more.
But just to get clear.
To reconnect.
To reset your pace.

The Slow Down is a simple weekly practice designed to help you do exactly this.

Each week includes a combination of:
🌱A space to breathe
🌱Gentle grounding
🌱Guided visualizations
🌱A moment to listen inward
🌱And a simple prompt to carry into your week

Begins January 15th.
Thursdays | 12:00 – 12:30 pm | Online
Drop-in $12, Monthly Pass $40
or Pay What You Can option - we don't want cost to be a barrier for anyone to join.

Before the holiday season begins to pull you in every direction, this is an invitation to make a little space for yourself.

This six week group offers a chance to pause, reflect, and honour the season you’ve lived this year before stepping into what’s next.

A space to catch your breath.
A space to feel connected.
A space to reconnect with yourself and with others.

The New Year Re-Set begins January 9.

Thanks to the generous support of Children's Resources on Wheels and Lanark County the cost is only $25 per person

Spots are limited to 12 participants on a first come, first served basis.
