Just a reminder that there is bootcamp today at 630pm! This is at the clinic near Alsask. All levels welcome, I have different options provided based on your fitness level and preference. Come out just for some movement or push yourself!

Final day to register for this bootcamp!

This spring weather has me feeling the bootcamp vibes!
I'm going to try out the morning as evenings are going to be filled with baseball, ranching and all other responsibilities that come in Spring time.

Not a morning person? You should try it out!

Here are just some of the benefits of getting up and crushing fitness goals in the morning:

1. Boost your energy and mood
- Morning workouts release endorphins and set a positive tone for the day

2. Better consistency
- It might be hard to get out of bed, but once you do there are fewer distractions from taking time for yourself

3. Improve focus and productivity
- Exercise helps wake up your brain and improve mental clarity

4. Less room for activity interference
- Lets get it done before all the other responsibilities of the day take over!

You can pick and choose what classes you want to come to, or sign up for them all and get a deal!

Classes will occur the Alsask Physio Clinic yard (or inside in the gym if needed)

Let me know if you are interested and I will help get you registered. Registration deadline is May 4th so that I can determine if classes will have enough to run. Payment is required at time of registration.
