🎂🎈This past June, our little studio quietly celebrated five years in business! It’s certainly not been an easy five years (we opened in March 2020, after all)… but overall, it’s been pretty wonderful. We’re so proud of what Altona Yoga has become and the community that calls it “home.”

Just a shout-out to all the lovely folks who show up here every week, once, sometimes twice, or three times (!!) to move their bodies in a variety of ways! Some days the practice of movement feels more difficult than the other — life throws curve balls. But, that’s what it’s all about: listening in to the body, cultivating love and patience with oneself, and learning when to push forward or pull back. 💕
