Hey Folks!
Notification post in regards to the heat wave season. I haven't had to do this yet since opening my home business but with the heat on the rise it feels like the right decision going forward.
With only a fan to ventilate the treatment room, if the temperature reaches 28+ in the room(with a heat warning in place*) before starting my clients I will be making the decision to cancel the day/evening.
I know you will understand because I have The Best Clients a practitioner could ever ask for❤

When a Picture speaks.

This image shows the positioning of the foot in highly cushioned shoes(top) versus barefoot shoes(bottom). The cushioned shoes are starting to look like a foot in a heel…😩

This is why I support the theories of strengthening the feet and wearing barefoot/minimalist shoes for the long term health and stability benefits. Building a strong and flexible foundation at the feet will support the body as a whole.

As some clients know, last week was an exciting week at the house.
We said Goodbye to 2/3 of our trees due to issues that was causing their health to rapidly decline.
Watching this Company do his thing was so fascinating and incredible. No words will ever be able to express how Amazing his Service is!

There is no rest in RAPID…a mantra I often repeat at every course.

Most people think if you are hurting, you should take it easy, but nothing could be further from the truth.

Active recovery stimulates the movement of nourishment and waste.
Recovery is faster and you’ll feel better as you go!

Just don’t overdo it. :)
