It is with great sadness that the family of Albert William Spence, age 92, of Amherst, announces his passing on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, surrounded by family.

Following Albert’s wishes, cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Campbell’s Funeral Home. A burial in Amherst Cemetery will be held at a later date.

Following Marilyn’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of life held at Campbell’s Funeral home, 98 Church Street, Amherst, Nova Scotia, on Sunday, April 5th, 2026 from 2-4 pm.
