It is with heavy hearts that the family of Eugene “Gene” Langdon age 69 of Sackville, New Brunswick, announce his passing on May 21, 2026, at Moncton City Hospital.

In following with Gene’s wishes, cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Campbell’s Funeral Home, 98 Church Street, Amherst, Nova Scotia. There will be a celebration of life for family and friends in Ontario on June 27, 2026. A second celebration of life will be held in New Brunswick for family at a later date.

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Rosemary “Rose” Evelyn Ripley, age 90, of Amherst, announces her passing on May 25, 2026, at Gables Lodge.

As per Rose’s wishes, visitation will be held Friday, May 29, 2026, from 10am-12pm, followed by service at 1:00pm led by Malcolm Read, both held at Campbell’s Funeral Home, 98 Church Street, Amherst. Burial will follow in the Truemanville Cemetery followed by reception at the Truemanville Firehall.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of John Noiles, age 80, of Amherst, Parrsboro and most recently of Pugwash, at the East Cumberland Lodge Nursing Home on Thursday May 21, 2026.

Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at a later date at the St. Charles – Nativity Cemetery in Amherst.
