In honour of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, our Affirmations Club is coming together to create something meaningful, soft, and powerful. 💜

This month, we’ll be crafting handmade awards using felt and ribbons—gentle reminders that we are loved, we are believed, and our strength and resilience deserve to be recognized.

In honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), join us on April 23rd at 6pm for an educational event with a twist!

Sip and Signal dives into the red flags that can exist in dating relationships.
Attendees will have the option to make their own mocktails, and will be provided a red and green flag upon arrival. Staff will go through a variety of fake dating profiles, where participants can vote on if there are red or green flags, by holding their chosen flag(s) up, and then unpack the profile as a group.

In honour of the Survivors who have experienced Sexual Violence we will be gathering for a FREE filling spaghetti dinner closing out Sexual Assault Awareness month.

Elise Fisher will also be leading a creative activity while we gather.

Lilac will provide all materials, but if you are looking to upcycle a T-shirt of your own please feel free to bring it.
