We have a few spots left for the Dear Body...A Self-Compassion and Movement Workshop on Sunday, January 18th, 1-4pm!
Join us for a nourishing three-hour experience designed to help you reconnect with, celebrate, and care for the body you’re in. This workshop blends movement, reflection, and guided discussion to support a healthier, kinder relationship with yourself.
What to expect:
~An opening discussion where we’ll explore what it means to embrace our bodies as they are today, and how self-acceptance can exist alongside personal wellness goals.
~A 30-minute strong movement practice to remind you of your strength, capability, and the simple joy of moving your body.
~A reflective practice where you’ll write a love letter to your body.
~A 30-minute slow and sweet grounding yoga flow with plenty of pauses to check in with how you feel.
~A chance to connect, have meaningful conversations, and nutritious snacks.
This workshop is open to all bodies and all levels of movement experience. Come as you are, and leave feeling more connected, supported, and inspired by the incredible body you live in.
