This course is for absolute beginners and anyone who is looking for a refresh of their yoga practice!

Join us for an introduction to this technique known as Myofascial Release (MFR), or Self Myofascial Release (SMFR). In this 2.5 hour workshop, we will use MFR balls, rollers and blocks to work with specific muscles and muscle groups prone to tension, stiffness and pain syndromes / referred pain. We will explore the effects of MFR with gentle yoga movements and breath work. MFR is an excellent tool for athletes, as well as anyone who would like to learn more about their bodies and how to work with tension and pain. Cost: $55+HST

This course is great for anyone who wants to try Yoga but doesn’t know where to start (and it makes a great gift for someone who fits this description!).
