Last season didn’t go as planned because of an injury? 🏌️‍♂️💔
You’re not alone—and winter is your chance to change the story.
When the courses are quiet, the real work begins. The off-season is the perfect time to rebuild, reset, and prepare your body so you’re not just ready to play… but ready to play often and pain-free.
Strength + mobility = better golf.
✔️ More efficient power
✔️ Less stress on joints
✔️ Lower injury risk
✔️ More days on the course
That’s why we’re bringing back the Swing Strong Series, hosted by Certified Athletic Therapist Megan Sullivan. This winter program is designed to help golfers recover from injury, prevent future setbacks, and build a body that can handle the demands of the swing—round after round.
Don’t wait until spring to find out something still isn’t right.
Make this winter count. ❄️💪
👉 Join the Swing Strong Series and give yourself the best chance to play stronger, longer, and pain-free.
We start in two weeks! Excited to see you there ⛳️

Your core plays a bigger role in your golf swing than most people realize ⛳
Rotation, stability, and power all start from how well your core can control movement.
These three exercises help build strength where golfers need it most: resisting rotation, transferring force, and staying stable through the swing 🏌️‍♂️
They may look simple, but when done with control, they make a real difference in performance and injury prevention.

⛳️ Golf season might be done, but this is actually the best time to work on your body ❄️
The off-season is where real progress happens: improving mobility, strength, and control so your swing feels easier and more powerful when spring arrives.
Two off-season hip mobility staples we love:
✔️ Hip CARs: 5-10 per side
✔️ Pigeon Stretch: Targets the glutes
You’ll find this (and more) in our Swing Strong Series starting this February 💪 Save your spot in the link in out bio 👆
