Just resting during the off-season won’t heal your golf injury 😌🏌️‍♂️
We often see this pattern: Pain creeps in at the end of the season, you rest all winter, golf season returns, and so does the pain. Rest without rehab isn’t recovery.

⚠️ One area we focus on with golfers is thoracic (mid-back) mobility. It can become stiffer over time and can limit rotation, which often affects both distance and consistency in your swing.
Thoracic rotations are one of our go-to exercises to help keep this area moving. Try 10–15 rotations per side.

👉 Pelvic control has been a focus in our Winter Swing Strong Series.
In the golf swing, the pelvis needs to move while the thorax stays stable 🏌🏼‍♂️ That separation between the lower and upper body is what allows efficient rotation.
The pelvic tilt is a key exercise that will help you train that control. Start with 3 sets of 20 repetitions.
Once you’ve got it, try the same movement in your golf stance to increase the challenge 🔥
