Our 12-week golf-focused strength and mobility program returns Monday, February 2, 2026, and I couldn’t be more excited to bring it back for the third year in a row 🙆‍♀️
Each week, you’ll receive a new class straight to your inbox. We’ll alternate between upper-body and lower-body focused sessions to help:

⛳️ Golfing multiple times a week and feeling stiff or sore after each round?
You’re not alone, even seasoned golfers can lose mobility and yardage over time when recovery and movement patterns are overlooked.
This 70-year-old patient came in with pain and stiffness after years of golfing 3–4x a week. After a TPI Golf Assessment, FST + RMT treatments, and a tailored home program, he’s now moving better and playing pain-free this fall.

When your thoracic spine stiffens up, it doesn’t just limit your posture, it can ripple into your neck, shoulders, and even your golf swing 😶
✔️ The good news? Small, simple movements can create big changes.
Try this seated thoracic rotation: 10–15 per side. You can do it at home, at the office, or even right on the course. You just need to find a bench!
