Your golf swing doesn’t start with your hands — it starts with your pelvis. ⛳️
These pelvic tilts in quadruped and tall kneeling train two things every golfer needs:
• Pelvic mobility
• Trunk stability
When the pelvis can move freely while the trunk stays controlled, you create better separation between the hips and upper body — a major key for generating rotational power in the swing.
More pelvic control = better sequencing, more efficient force transfer, and less compensation through the low back.
Mobility gives you motion. ⛳️
Stability gives you control. 🏌️‍♂️
Power comes from having both work together. 💥
Train the foundation, and the swing gets stronger.

Your swing only moves as well as your body does. ⛳️
Mobility work in your golf stance helps train the exact positions you need on the course — improving rotation, stability, balance, and control where it matters most. When you move better in your setup, you create a swing that feels smoother, more powerful, and more repeatable.
Train mobility with intention. Don’t just stretch — move like a golfer. 💪🏌️‍♂️

Just resting during the off-season won’t heal your golf injury 😌🏌️‍♂️
We often see this pattern: Pain creeps in at the end of the season, you rest all winter, golf season returns, and so does the pain. Rest without rehab isn’t recovery.
👉 Your body needs guidance to heal, strengthen, and adapt, so you can return to the course stronger, not stuck in the same pain cycle.
What you can do instead:
✔️ Get assessed to understand the root cause
✔️ Follow a personalized treatment & exercise plan
✔️ Stay consistent, even when you’re not playing

📅 We’re about SIX WEEKS out from golf season and this is where preparation starts to matter!
What you do now can directly impact how you move, swing, and perform once you’re back on the course.
⚠️ One area we focus on with golfers is thoracic (mid-back) mobility. It can become stiffer over time and can limit rotation, which often affects both distance and consistency in your swing.
Thoracic rotations are one of our go-to exercises to help keep this area moving. Try 10–15 rotations per side.
This is just one of the many exercises we include in our 6-Week Pre-Season Swing Strong Series, designed to help you prepare your body for the season ahead.
