DK Orthotic Solutions is a sports pedorthic company focused on working wtih active populations which are eager and committed to recovering, maintaining and improving their athletic performance and/or physical well-being. We achieve this by using orthotic and footwear solutions to maximize the efficiency of your muscles during activity and promoting maximal levels of recovery during rest. WHAT WE DO

At DKOS we provide complete and comprehensive treatment plans, including solutions for sport, activity and recovery. We employ a proactive approach in order to keep clients at their best, so they can enjoy living an active, pain-free lifestyle, be it participating in recreational sports or activities, or training with specific goals in mind. At DK Orthotic Solutions, we strive to be different from other orthotic providers in designing our orthotics and treatment plans specific to each person and their activity. An orthotic for a running shoe is designed much differently than an orthotic for a cleat or a cycling shoe, and this is different from an orthotic designed for recovery. In order to receive maximum benefit from your orthotic, it needs to be designed specifically to the individual, their activity and their shoe.

We’re thrilled to announce that we’re the official orthotic provider for the Sulphur Springs Trail Race 2026!

This iconic race takes place on a challenging 20K loop through the stunning Dundas Valley Conservation Area, serving up ~1500 ft of elevation per loop. Distances include 10K, 20K, 50K, 50 Mile, 100K, 100 Mile, and a 100 Mile Relay - all SOLD OUT.

We’re excited to support this incredible event and community, and we’ll be at the practice runs too—so come say hi! If you have questions about foot health, running orthotics, or shoes, we’ve got you covered.

At DKOS, every orthotic is designed and manufactured in-house. Using a 3D model of your foot, our pedorthists custom-make each orthotic to address specific biomechanical needs, then build it using high quality materials like carbon fibers, resins and specialty polymers. Each orthotic is vacuum-formed, milled, hand-finished, and checked for accuracy ... Resulting in precise, high-quality support made specifically for you.

Many people find that their foot will slip and slide around in their shoes, no matter how tight they lace their laces.

Does being flat-footed mean you need orthotics? 👟

Not necessarily.

Being 'flat footed' often refers to what your feet look like when you are standing stationary.
It refers to a moment in time and is not necessarily indicative of what your feet look like during other movements.

The DKOS team will be sponsoring a 'clean up' event during the Sulphur Springs trail race this weekend!

CLEAN UP THE MESS WITH DKOS

Here's how it works:

👉 pick up any garbage you see while on your run

👉 the first 20 runners to finish the race with a piece of garbage they found on the trail will receive a DKOS water bottle or a pair of DKOS running socks!
