On September 7, 2025, Team V!VA proudly took part in the Ride for Kayla’s Children Centre (KCC) — and what an amazing day it was!

This ride was more than just a cycling event — it was a celebration of community, heart, and the incredible legacy of Eli Marder, whose passion for helping children continues to inspire us all. 🙌

Over the many years since V!VA was founded, I have had the opportunity to speak with hundreds of people who have made the decision to call a V!VA retirement community their home. The one thing I hear again and again is “I wish I had moved here sooner!”

Moving at any age is a big decision, especially when leaving a beloved family home where great memories were made. And yet, one after another, our Community Members say they wish they had not waited as long as they did to make the move to V!VA.
