July 23:
Core & Balance: Stability for Life
Strengthen your core and practice balance to improve posture, prevent falls, and support daily activities.
July 30:
The Strong Foundation: Feet, Ankles & Knees
Activate and strengthen the lower body to support walking, climbing stairs, and enjoying outdoor activities.
August 6:
Move with Ease: Hips & Shoulders Unlocked
Open your joints, reduce stiffness, and feel more fluid with targeted hip and shoulder mobility exercises.
August 13:
The Breath Lab: Breath, Posture & Presence
Learn breath techniques to calm the mind, improve posture, and enhance overall movement quality.
August 20:
Strength & Flow: Yoga Meets Resistance
Build functional strength with dynamic flows and optional resistance bands to challenge your muscles safely.
August 27:
Yin & Release: Deep Stretch & Recovery
End the series with deep stretching, fascia release, and guided relaxation to restore body and mind.
