Appointments for Osteopathy are now available and live on my online booking page. For the time being, my clientele for Massage Therapy is full. I have left the option on my online booking page solely for existing clients to be able to book online.

Direct billing is available for Osteopathy through Blue Cross, and many of the Insurance companies that are part of the Telus Health Portal, so long as the policy allows for it.

Hey everyone!

I’m happy to announce that two weeks ago we welcomed our daughter Lucie ❤️

We’ve been settling in nicely and everyone is absolutely in love with her. Her big brothers are very much loving their little sissy.

I’ll be taking until the end of September to enjoy some time with my family and little Lucie and then I’ll be back to seeing you all in the clinic.

Many of you are already booked in for the fall but any of you whom aren’t can either reach out then or I will contact those who I have on my list for fall.

Hey everyone!

I’m officially fully booked until my due date at the end of June. The plan is to only take a brief 3 month leave after baby’s arrival, like last time. If you would like to be put on the cancellation list for the next few months or be scheduled in for next fall when I return just let me know.

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to touch base regarding masking in the clinic. We’ve been given guidance from our professional association that while it is recommended for people to wear masks in clinic settings it is no longer mandatory.

I realize comfort levels are going to vary amongst my clientele. So I’ve decided to leave it up to each individual. If you would rather we mask up that is fine with me, I will continue to have masks in the clinic so that I can wear one if you feel better with that. If you don’t want to wear one though, you do not have to.

I will do whatever I can to make each and every one of you feel safe, but I must say I am looking forward to seeing people’s lovely faces more often again.

This all being said, it is still very important (regardless of Covid) that if you feel sick, you let me know so we can reschedule your appointment.

Oh, and HAPPY SPRING! 🌷

Happy Friday everyone!

A heads up to any of my clients with policies through Sunlife Financial. As of November 30th we won’t be able to direct bill through this coverage provider. Not to worry, we will still be able to provide you with a receipt to claim your appointment unfortunately it will have to be done by the policy holder though. We haven’t been given any specific information as to why, just that the change was coming.

Also, it’s that time of year again where we’re running out of appointments for 2021. There are no more appointments in November and limited appointments availability in December so if you’re hoping to get in before the new year or be put on the cancellation list for the next couple months now is the time.

As tomorrow marks the start of the proof of vaccination protocol, I just wanted to hop on here really quickly to remind everyone how difficult this will be for many businesses.

These are stressful times for everyone, and people are feeling very divided due to the upcoming change. The majority of businesses who will be having to check for proof of vaccination don’t actually want to be doing so. Many will be doing so because they’ve been given no option, and can’t risk fines regardless of what their beliefs may be.

Nobody gets paid enough to deal with what many are likely about to.

Let’s all spread a bit more love than usual this week, as it will likely be a rough one for many.

Hey everyone,

Just a little update in regards to Phase 5 as promised. It looks like nothing is changing in regards to masks so things will look the same in the clinic as they have been with masking.

On October 4th the Proof of Vaccination policy comes into effect. Registered Massage Therapy has been deemed essential, therefore I am not expected to check for proof of vaccination when you visit my clinic.
