Over the past year, I’ve been developing something powerful.

✨ The I.G.N.I.T.E. Formula™ and Own Your Shift™ are the heart of our transformational work here at Ignite Wellness Retreats. They’ve been created to help women reconnect with their truth, release what no longer serves them, and rise into their power.

As a certified NLP Practitioner and Life Coach, I’ve poured my heart (and honestly, a few tears) into designing programs that actually meet women where they’re at, whether that’s just beginning to heal, deep in shadow work, or on the edge of their next chapter.

And guess what? There’s more coming. 💥
We’ll be breaking it all down in upcoming posts and videos, so whether you’re brand new or already walking this path, there’s something here for you.

AND drumroll, we’re so close to launching our very first retreat.

✨ A Little Update from Ignite Wellness Retreats ✨

We’ve got some real talk for our beautiful community…

Our official opening has been delayed due to personal circumstances beyond our control. Life has a way of reminding us to pause, breathe, and realign, and that’s exactly what we’re doing as we move through this season with care, intention, and integrity.

That said, we are still working our magic behind the scenes, pouring love and vision into every piece of the retreat experience we’re building for you. While we had hoped to welcome you sooner, we’re now setting our sights on a Fall 2025 opening and we cannot wait to hold space for you here.

Thank you for your patience, your encouragement, and your belief in what we’re creating.
It means the world. Truly.

🪵 Wood-fired tubs will still bubble.
🔥 Sacred fires will still crackle.
🌲 Peaceful forest paths will still wait to guide you back to yourself.
