We have become isolated, taught to normalize self reliance & self independence. We have been taught to hold it all in & deal with it on our own, to juggle & balance more than we are meant to.

There is so much healing in community. While we can heal parts on our own, being witnessed & held is so crucial to our healing journey. It shows us that we are not alone, that we can be accepted for our authentic selves / expression & embraced by loving humans. That we can soften our edges that kept us feeling separated.

Bringing community together for healing is something I am feeling so called to - to help us remember the oneness, to soften in the hold of each others energetic embrace & receive the medicine we all have for each other when we come together.

The containers that form with groups of humans, all brought together with common threads, truly are divinely orchestrated. It is a gift to facilitate these spaces!
