Our 8-week evening yoga journey is unfolding, and there’s still space for you.
Tuesdays and/or Thursdays | 7–8pm
St. Andrews Junior High (SAJS)

Come exactly as you are — curious, brand new to yoga, or deeply seasoned. All are welcome. This is a community you want to be part of.

Ways to join:
• 2 classes/week – $210 (best value)
• 1 class/week – $120
• Drop-in – $20 when it works for you

And this is your gentle reminder that you don’t have to wait until you’re overwhelmed to care for yourself.

This 8-week yoga series is about choosing consistency over perfection, compassion over pushing, and community over doing it all alone. Whether you join us once a week or twice a week, you’re saying YES to showing up for yourself — intentionally, kindly, and with support. Think of it as staying in the driver’s seat of your well-being.
Moving your body. Steadying your nervous system. Creating space to breathe, reset, and reconnect.
