We’re SO excited to bring these offerings to The Cellar – Combat Academy this spring!

✨ FOUNDATIONS OF STRENGTH (Adults)
Back by popular demand!
This 8-week program blends yoga + resistance training to build lasting strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
It’s about consistency, confidence, and showing up for yourself. If you’re ready to feel stronger and more capable in your body, this is for you.

✨ RISE UP: GIRLS STRENGTH LAB (Ages 12–14)
We’re thrilled to offer this after-school program for youth girls—and to be clear:
This program is for EVERY BODY.
In sports or not. Competitive or just curious. Strong already or just getting started.
Through fun, supportive movement, girls build strength, confidence, resilience, and body trust.

Both programs are led by Loreen Allen & Britt Overmars, bringing years of experience in strength, movement, and nervous-system-aware practices.
This is about growing stronger—together.
