I ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment or 50% of the treatment price will be charged. Missed appointments are charged full price. Appointment reminder calls/texts are a courtesy only. They are not always sent or reliably received. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the client to remember their booked appointments. These fees are not covered by insurance companies and cannot be billed as treatments.

*Important Note:
During the pandemic, while public health protocols are in place, I will reach out to you the day before your appointment to screen you. I may be unsuccessful in reaching you. Therefore, please do not rely on my call/text as your appointment reminder. Remembering your appointment is your responsibility. In the event you missed or didn't receive your pre-screening call/text please read our COVID-19 Screening posted on the outside of the clinic door before you enter for your appointment. When you enter I will verify your screening. Please wear a mask and use the hand sanitizer mounted on the wall.

Oh, my lanta! I want to thank you all for the overwhelming response to get in to see me! That makes an ol'fart-in-a-mitt like me feel pretty good! My heart is so full and so are my bookings! I just want to thank each and every single one of you for all the well wishes and support.

As a health practitioner it is especially humbling to receive such kindness from my own clients and community. It has been a joy in my life to be able to give care all these years. And now just such a wonderful unexpected surprise to be receiving it!
When you're not well, the worry can be all encompassing. Through everyone's patience and kindness, I've been able to take some time, without the weight of all that stress on my shoulders, and begin to heal.

I'm looking forward to getting back to work soon. Although there will be some changes to my schedule and location beginning in June, I'm very optimistic I'll be able to continue supporting your usual appointments.
