Just a Reminder about my CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: Jan 1, 2023
We value your time and ours, and this policy helps us provide the best possible service to all our customers.
1. Appointment Cancellations
Cancellations made a minimum of 2 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
2. No-Shows
Failure to attend without prior notice will result in full charge of the appointment time.
3. How to Cancel
Please contact us via text, phone call or messenger to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations are confirmed only when you receive a written or verbal acknowledgment from us.
4. Exceptions
We understand emergencies happen. In cases of illness, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events, we may waive fees at our discretion.
5. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to clients when possible.

Why do you massage?
Because I love it! I love solving problems and I love helping my clients feel better!

Why don’t you charge more?
I have kept my prices lower over the years so your benefits go further and you get more massages. More money doesn’t mean better.

Why don’t you have online booking?
I don’t do online booking because that costs more money and not having it helps keep my prices lower.

Do you take debit or credit?
No, again that costs money and taking cash or etransfer only helps keep my prices lower.

Do you do relaxation?
Yes I do but I specialize in fixing problem areas. So if you come see me for a specific problem I spend my time and yours on the area that needs to be fixed instead of doing an all over massage but if you book a relaxation massage then you get an all over massage.

What massages do you offer?
I offer 30 minute, 60 minute, 90 minute therapeutic, relaxation and myofascial cupping.

What kind of pressure do you have?
I generally run a moderate to deep pressure but my clients are in charge of the pressure.
Since pressure is subjective it is up to the client to say if they would like it lighter or deeper.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel 2 hours before appointment so I can fill the appointment. Failure to cancel will result in a full charge of the appointment.
I drive from out of town and I don’t get paid if no one shows up.

Do you have a cancellation list?
Yes I do.

Yes I am.
