Nicole Andersen is a Registered Kinesiologist that provides exercise therapy for those looking to better their health and mobility. She graduated from the Ontario Tech University in 2016, and registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario shortly after. Nicole specializes in chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, as well as sport specific training

ReKINect offers Kinesiology services in-home, meaning we come to you! Nicole uses a mixed approach of exercise therapy, as well as manual therapies like soft tissue release or cupping techniques.
