For years, clients have asked us if we were going to hire a massage therapist.

So we're finally here...

We’re so excited to welcome Alanah Smits to our team! ✨

Alanah graduated with honours from the three-year Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College in 2015. She has a background in science and has also completed her nursing degree to further expand her love for learning and understanding of the human body. She's very experienced and knowledgeable! 🙏

Starting June 1st, Alanah will be joining us as a Massage Therapist, bringing a warm, inclusive approach to care. She welcomes all clients and is passionate about creating a comfortable, supportive experience for everyone.

Alanah has completed continuing education and offers :

As Carmelle wraps up her final week with us, we want to wish her a truly wonderful maternity leave as she prepares to welcome baby number two! 🎉👶

We’ve loved every moment celebrating her, especially our fun afternoon at Steelheads & Strikes bowling and the delicious time shared at Sandee's Country Kitchen. It’s been such a joy to send her off surrounded by laughter and great memories. We were missing a few team members unfortunately, but we'll make sure to do this again soon! (Also, we've discovered that we not only have talented staff, but some very skilled bowlers in our team!!!! 🎳)

While we’ll definitely miss her, we’re excited to share that Hannah will be stepping in to take over all of Carmelle’s TMJ patients. She’s looking forward to meeting and treating everyone!

We know a lot of you have noticed and asked about our recent price increase. Believe us, raising prices is never something we take lightly. We’d love to keep our services as affordable as possible, but with rising clinic costs and the need to fairly support our amazing staff and admin team, we had to make this change.

We’re so grateful to have you as part of our community and truly appreciate your understanding as we continue to provide the best care we can.

We put our teamwork to the test at this week… and we ESCAPED in just 51 minutes! 🎉⏱️

Between the jump scares, puzzles, and a few (okay, a lot of) giggles, we managed to crack the code and get out. 🗝️😅 Such a fun (and scary!) team-building adventure — and proof that we can work our way out of any situation together! 💪✨

We were missing a few team members for the escape room but most joined for dinner at after!
