Namaste, dear souls of Arnprior and the lands that cradle us 🌷.
As the earth begins its gentle awakening, can you feel the sacred shift in the air? There is a quiet magic in this transition—a collective exhale as we move toward the light. We are being invited to witness the miracle of rebirth: the return of the birds’ morning song, the brave little buds pushing through the soil, and the warmth of the sun returning to our skin as we tend to our gardens and our spirits.
Happy Tree Yoga is more than a studio; it is a heart-centered retreat nestled in the soul of Arnprior. It is a space held for you to simply be. Whether you are looking to ground your energy, move with intention, or rediscover the stillness that lives within your own breath, my door and my heart are open to you.
Every practice at Happy Tree is a journey back to yourself. I invite you to explore our seasonal offerings, each designed to nourish your mind and body:
• Gentle Yoga: A soft, welcoming flow for every body and every level of experience.
• Golden Yoga: A slower, mindful practice that honors your pace and leaves behind the strain of stronger poses.
• Yin Yoga: A meditative embrace. We hold poses with support and deep intention, allowing the body to release and the mind to find quiet.
Beyond the mat, I am honored to offer monthly Meditations, healing Sound Baths, Reiki treatments, and the restorative release of Yoga Tune Up balls.
To those new to our beautiful community: I would be so honored to meet your spirit. And to those who have shared space with me before: my heart truly longs to welcome you home to the mat once again.
Registration for our April journey is now open. You can find our full schedule and reserve your space at www.happytreeyoga.ca.
May you walk in beauty, breathe in peace, and find the light within.
With infinite love and light,
Carlee Pelkey-MacDonald
