February schedule is here! The challenge is in full swing and goes until February 19th. We want to make sure everyone can get there classes in and everyone can enjoy a Sunday night chill session so, we have a Sunday night class every Sunday until February 18th.
🌿Beginner Yoga: Continues through February at 6pm on Tuesdays. If you are new or returning to yoga or healing from an injury and would like an adaptable slow moving class (with the docs clearance of course) we've got you covered pals.
🌿Chair Yoga: Speaking of adaptable we've got chair yoga three times per week with the most fun group of people ever! Join us on Mondays, Tuesday and/or Fridays at 10:30am.
🌿Yogalates: If you are looking for an adaptable class that will help you build functional strength and stability at any level join Silvia or Kim on Thursdays at 10am for YOGALATES (not to be confused with Yoga Lattes). This class is an upbeat Yoga, Pilates and fitness fusion.
🌿We are so stoked that Sunni Hunt is back leading classes in the Haven studio. Some lucky Yogis got to enjoy her peaceful, breath filled, grounding classes last Tuesday and she'll be back on Sunday the 18th to polish off the challenge with a deeply relaxing Gentle Hatha to Yoga Nidra class.
🌿Kimberly Pierro will be starting the February Sundays off this Sunday the 4th with a grounding Gentle Flow to Yin class that will include some of those relaxation deepening hands on adjustments you all know and love!
🌿FLEX.BREATHE.REPEAT will lead ya'll through a mobility focused slow flow on Sunday the 11th to give your body and mind space and freedom!
We also want to shout out to our challengers and say great work! We have loved seeing you take classes that are new to you or out of your comfort zone, cultivating home practices and sharing your journey, it is so damn inspiring.
