Join us at the LRWC for some extra events over the holiday break! Note that children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (adults can attend kids' events free).

Craft Club will run twice (on Dec. 22 and 29) for kids ages 5-10. The first week we’ll be making a wooden tree ornament, and the second week is a pine cone owl. No cost for Craft Club beyond membership or drop-in fees.

Brooklyn is running two extra Core Blaster classes. Core Blaster is a focused, high-energy class designed to strengthen and tone your entire midsection. Each session targets the abdominal muscles, obliques, lower back, and deep stabilizing muscles, helping improve posture, balance, and overall functional strength. $10 cash extra for these classes.

The Pokémon Scavenger Hunt is designed for kids ages 5-10. Images of Pokémon have been hidden throughout the building. Your task is to catch ‘em all (or as many as you can fit inside your Pokéball)! No extra charge for this activity.

Mega Bounce is a mobile trampoline organization coming to the wellness centre on Dec. 30. This dance-choreographed cardio workout includes 45 minutes of jumping and 15 minutes of muscle toning. The class is geared towards adults but kids 5+ are also welcome. The cost is $20 plus membership or drop-in. (A post with more info to follow soon!)

Kids Cricket is baaaaack! Subin will be running the next Cricket for kids ages 5-10 on Dec. 30 from 2:00-4:00. Free for members, or $5 drop-in for kids
