Here’s what you can expect when coming in for your first appointment:

We will laugh, talk about your symptoms, get you moving around and figure out what is going on!

⁃ Thorough subjective history of your current concern and past injuries, day to day life and how your concern is currently impacting you.
⁃ I will get you to move around the treatment room and complete a few clinical tests.
⁃ We will then discuss your symptoms, findings of clinical tests and your diagnosis.
⁃ Then, we discuss treatment plans that are most appropriate and comfortable for you! This can include education, pain management, manual therapy, a home exercise program & dry needling (IMS).
⁃ You will go home feeling empowered by knowing what is going on in your body, and knowing that you have the tools to make positive changes.
⁃ I will go home to cuddle my dogs, and will feel better knowing that my patients learned something new!
