We are at the point in the season where I have noticed several of the horses who are on a regular schedule are getting some really awesome breakthroughs. Progress looks different from horse to horse but it's so cool to see consistency pay off. More supple muscles, areas that used to be super reactive are no longer untouchable.

That being said👆I am always amazed (so are my clients) at how much just one session can make a difference. How much just 10 minutes can do. I have come to learn that any amount of pemf is beneficial! Don't hesitate to try 😊

On the weekend I did not capture just one, but 2 horses yawning! Why the big deal? When I pull my phone out most horses become shy 🤭 and they don't always keep yawning long enough to capture it. If you see a picture like this it's probably their 10th time and that means we unlocked a LOT of tension!
