Happy Wednesday!

Free skating is on again today from 1–5 PM at the arena. Today’s treat is Persians from The Persian Man — which pair very well with skating… and also with sitting in the stands watching others skate.

It’s been awesome seeing so many people come out. If you took any photos, share them in the comments so everyone can see the fun!

Looking for something to do this March Break? ⛸️

Atikokan Pharmacy and M&C Motors have rented the arena skating rink at the Recreation & Wellness Centre on White Street for the community to enjoy.

The ice will be available Tuesday, March 17 through Friday, March 20 from 1–5 PM each day to help give kids a place to stay active and have fun during March Break.

Bring your skates, bring a friend, and enjoy some time on the ice! ❄️

We’ve added some new ChocoSol chocolate bars to the shelves. 🍫

ChocoSol is a Toronto-based bean-to-bar chocolate maker that crafts dark chocolate from raw cacao using traditional stone-grinding methods and simple ingredients.

Their bars are known for being made with minimal ingredients and without dairy, gluten, soy, nuts, or preservatives, focusing on rich cacao flavour and ethically sourced beans.

If you’re curious about what’s new around the store, you might notice a few new ChocoSol flavours on the shelves next time you’re in.

March Break has started, which means two things:
1️⃣ Kids are home
2️⃣ Parents need snacks

So we figured the community could probably use some Persians.

There may be a few free Persians hanging out at the pharmacy on Monday to help kick off March Break and keep morale high. First come, first served… before the kids find them. 🤫

Community Update

Out of caution and in response to the current OPP shelter-in-place advisory, the pharmacy will remain closed until authorities advise that it is safe to resume normal activities.

Our priority is the safety of our patients, staff, and the entire Atikokan community.
