Our COTC program is coming to it's final season. The units we're working (retrofitting) on should been completed last year but Covid happened.

Thank you to Attawapiskat First Nation housing for their assistance especially to my long time chum George Hookimaw. Really appreciate your help and your friendship.

It's now August 1st, 2021. 2020 could have been the year but pandemic happened. We were hoping to bring in Working in heights Instructor early July for our COTC/APC Retrofit program. Surge in UK variant in our community prevented that.

Happy New Year. 2020 is the year I want to forget but I can't. Lost quite a few friends. Never thought I would be in situation where I had to stay in my own home to be safe. Communities on lock downs, curfews, etc..

Slowly but surely, I'll be heading home to complete what was suppose to be till we find someone suitable. Conservation on the Coast. From Mushkegowuk Council, Five Nations Energy Inc, Attawapiskat Power Corporation and now the finale C**S/ APC ......COTC 2020 program was deferred to 2021 due to the pandemic. Hopefully I get to work with these fine souls one more year. Rick Brant-Room 12, Gail Lawlor- River crossing, George Hookimaw- just do it, and my COTC crew, wait we're at the coffee house. Craig, Head office and the newcomer Pam. The Force is telling me to finish this project this year. I will update this site after my presentation to the Chief and Council. Be safe and follow the protocols

Update: July 31st, 2020

The COTC program that was suppose start up this year has been deferred until 2021. Hopefully we can start as early as possible. The Funding Agency and Program Managers concerns are as follows:

A) relatively late in the year
B) Safety aspects
C) Travel issues
D) Households and Crews' safety protocols
E) Covid 19
