Dear guys in Iran,
If one day any of you reached to the internet, please tell the others.
Your light and your voice of freedom have been clearly seen and heard by the world.

We know that there is martial law there, but here we will not leave the streets out of Iran.
Because we believe that when the path to freedom becomes blocked anywhere, the traffic spreads and blocks everywhere else.

These days, guys, I keep thinking of an old Persian saying:
You can’t wake someone who is pretending to be asleep.

The Glory of the Phoenix reached me on Yalda Night—the longest night of the year, and a sacred symbol of the birth of light.

This album moves gently through darkness and illumination, descent and renewal. Each track feels like a mindful passage through release, resilience, and remembering how to rise again.

اصلا این اثر که به قول خودت در توضیح آلبوم، بازتابی است از تاریکی، روشنایی، فرود و پرواز و دوباره برخاستن ها باید در شب یلدا به دست من می رسید و من این هم زمانی را نیز از قدرت های عجیب این اثر می دانم.✨

در توضیح آلبوم گفته ای امیدوارم این اثر شنونده را به همان جایی ببرد که من از آن گذشته ام. من به عنوان یک شنونده یا مسافر در مسیر فرود و اوج های دوباره، عدم و وجود، مرگ و تولدی دیگر، با تک تک قطعات زندگی کردم و مروری عمیق به سفر هر راهی که در ذهنم می آمد داشتم.
این اثر به طرز شگفت انگیزی خاک شدن و رستن دوباره را در احساسات شنونده جاری می کند.
می توان در دل هر تاریکی در هر جایی از مسیر زندگی، به آن گوش داد و ظهور نور و مسیر رو به پرواز دوباره را در چه در زندگی شخصی و چه در سرنوشت هر سرزمینی مثل ایران (اشاره دارم به هم زمانی شکل گیری این نوا و آواها با آنچه در ایران در حال وقوع بود) دید. ✨

- ما بیشتر از هر زمان دیگری به مدیتیشن احتیاج داریم برای کنترل نرون ها و مغزمان؛

- مراقب کنترل گرهای

-می توانیم زمان کمتر و مشخصی در روز را برای سر زدن به شبکه های اجتماعی بگذاریم و از سرکوب کردن و پرسه زدن خودداری کنیم.
-بیشتر و عمیق تر کتاب بخوانیم به جای خواندن یک خط از کتاب در شبکه های اجتماعی.

- ما باید اصالت انسان را تا آنجا که ممکن است حفظ کنیم.

- در تصمیم گیری های شخصی و اجتماعی بسیار زیاد حواسمان به این موضوع باشد.

In this YouTube video, Yuval Noah Harari points out that in today’s world, humans have become "hackable." In this digital age, protecting our inner world is no longer a luxury—it’s a necessity.

Here’s what I suggest:
✨ Disconnect from the outer noise. Reconnect within. Return to the source. ✨

– We need meditation now more than ever to rewrite our brains.
– We need to go into nature—without phones, internet, smartwatches, or distractions—to hear our inner voice, our true guide… not the noise injected into our minds from outside.
– Let’s stay mindful of external forces trying to control our minds—whether through phones, social media, TV, or even subtle algorithms.
– We can set specific, limited times during the day to check social media—rather than letting it consume us through mindless scrolling.
– Let’s read more deeply and intentionally—not just one quote from a book shared online, but the actual book itself.
– And above all, we must preserve human authenticity—as much as we possibly can.

⚠️ In our personal and collective decisions, we must stay awake and intentional.
