Amazing day with these guys! Completed my first Epic 8 hour mountain bike race at Hardwood Hills. Great times with this team. Beautiful day, crazy cardio burn on a fun track and thankfully, no injuries 😀

Hi, my name is Chase, and this is a picture of my mom, Dana.

She was diagnosed with progressive MS in 1994 and has bravely fought this disease for the last 20 years as a single mom.

In 2009, my Mom started to get weaker in her legs and by 2015 she was no longer able to walk. For the past several years, she is confined to a wheelchair and her spasms and pain are getting worse day by day.

Our family has witnessed the cruel nature of this disease and how it robs my Mom of the simplest of daily activities of life.

The reason I am asking for your support is that in 2019, my Mom started to see positive changes in her condition with the use of functional medicine treatments. She was able to start standing from her wheelchair and her spasms were decreasing.

Unfortunately, due to the isolation of COVID and the reality that these treatments are expensive and are not covered by OHIP (Ontario Health insurance), my Mom has not been able to continue with these treatments which were helping her. Unfortunately, her condition has deteriorated significantly within the past 2 years and this is putting incredible stress on our small family.

My hope is that you may consider contributing to this campaign so that my Mom may be able to access this much-needed treatment. Any donation, no matter how small, will go a long way in making a difference.
