Sometimes itโs an absolute struggle to show up every single day, I mean even the best moms in the world make mistakes.
The key {I have found} is to continue to try your best! Just try each day to be the person that you want them to be.

I started out exercising because I had some major anxiety. Exercise was my outlet and man it worked.
But gradually as the weeks and months passed this little one went from watching and cheering me on โก๏ธ joining in for the occasional moveโก๏ธ asking when we are going to workout together! โค๏ธ
My once outlet for anxiety has now turned into a fun mother daughter activity.
This is now something that just her and I can do together. It is also been an amazing conversation starter! With every workout comes new questions and conversations around why we exercise, body positivity, healthy weights, different body types & sizes, proper nutrition to fuel the body, what the difference is between strong & skinny, why people talk about exercise differently for men and women, etc the list could go on and on!
These at home workouts started because of one reason but now I continue them for so many other reasons.
I know many moms out there struggle to get moving each day, or to even take those 30 minutes for themselves, but trust me when I say, itโs totally worth it!
In the end you will begin to realize that those 30mins are for far more then just you! I promise, filling your own cup inevitably fills up the cups of those around you alsoโจ
I challenge you to join in our virtual boot camp, itโs 30 days and a full money back guaranteed if you donโt fall in love with the process {because Iโm that confident you will}
