Detox Party!
My naturopathic student interns this year suggested that we do a detox together. This way, we can have better understanding of a possible treatment recommended to our patients 🩺.
I haven’t done a “formal” detox in a long while. I’m more a fan of supporting your body on the daily with its natural detoxifying abilities - though healthy eating, good quality sleep, physical activity, contrast showers, and plenty of water 🥗😴🏃🏻♀️🚿💦. BUT, depending on what’s happening in your health history, adding select products to aid the detox process will be helpful and needed (always discuss with your Naturopathic Doctor which products are best for you).
I love that these interns are eager, excited, and proactive about their learning. So, “Detox Party” it is!
