The ABLE Network

The ABLE Network We inspire adults with intellectual disabilities to reach their full potential through access to better living and employment.

The ABLE Network is a fee for service, registered charity located in York Region, Ontario. We are a community based program that provides relevant inclusive work and recreation opportunities for young adults with Intellectual Disabilities (ID) in natural job and community settings. Our participants are supported in our five core programs of work experience, transit training, recreation, literacy and volunteer activities. The ABLE Network is based on strong principles and research that states that inclusion of persons with an ID in natural settings provides them with an equal opportunity to make a contribution to the health and well-being of their community.

❄🎉 If we could host a gala inside a snow globe, we definitely would. Since we can’t, we created a pretend one — and instead of tickets and table assignments, the only thing that matters is kindness.

❄️ The ABLE Network SnowFAKE Gala is a magical “event” where nothing is real except the impact you make.

Forget tuxes and ticket prices — we’re going full snow-globe fantasy: Just shake, smile, and donate. (And yes, donations to The ABLE Network are tax deductible!)

Every gift supports our ABLE participants by keeping fees reasonable while helping them gain skills, workplace training, community involvement, and independence.

So this year…

✨Skip the ballroom

✨Stay warm at home

✨Help someone’s future shine brighter than the glitter inside a snow globe
