Back pain is something we see all the time - especially with long hours sitting, stress, workouts, or just everyday life! When the spine stops moving well, the body tends to feel tight, achy, and restricted.
Heres a movement you can try at home for some spinal extension and mobility โจ
- Start on your hands and knees
- Inhale as you drop the belly and lift the chest and tailbone ๐
- Exhale as you round through the spine and tuck the chin ๐
- Move slowly with your breath for a couple of rounds
This simple movement helps improve spinal mobility, reduce stiffness, encourage better posture, and release tension through the back and neck! ๐
