On Friday we held our annual Christmas Party. This has been a great year for Inclusive Communities, one of growth, with a lot to celebrate.
Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us, and all the staff who attended. This really feels like a big family.
Here's to 2026.

Yesterday was James last day as the Crossing Guard in Aylmer. James has spent the last 2 years as the Crossing Guard, helping keep children safe on their way to school and back home each day. Over that time James has shown incredible dedication and commitment to his position. He rarely missed a day, and could always been seen smiling while at work.

James was committed to staying in this role, but due to unforseen circumstances he had to give his notice. This was a position he loved, took pride in and James you id an exceptional job as the Crossing Guard.

Last night he was invited to Town Council where he was presented with a Certificate of Thanks by Aylmer Mayor Couckuyt, and Councillor Barber (yes I got to play a double role thanking him as a Councillor and said a few words on behalf of Inclusive Communities).

We wish you all the best in your next adventure.

We are coming Full Circle - Full Circle Ranch that is.

Thursdays from 11:30-12:30 we will be at Full Circle Ranch to interact with the animals, learn about them, and work towards riding.

We had an amazing weekend hosting the Special Friends camp at Barnabas Christian Camp. There were many people who attended each day, and some campers who stayed overnight. It was a honour to be asked to run the camp this year, and an experience that we will cherish.

Thank you to the volunteers from Barnabas who helped out and provided us with everything we needed.

I want to say thank you to the entire team at Inclusive Communities that helped out and was a part of this weekend at Camp. It was an amazing weekend, and I think it was just what the team needed. I am so grateful and proud of what everyone did. Thank you so much.
I also want to give a special thank you to Maria, Leticia and Ana. The 3 of you took charge and made sure this weekend was successful and enjoyable for everyone. I know it took a lot of work, but you all did an amazing job. Thank you.
I honestly struggle to find words with how proud I am of this team.

Reminder of Special Friends Camp this weekend. If you haven't registered, please do so before Saturday so have an idea of how many people will be attending. It will be a busy and fun weekend.

Update - We are not running the overnight portion, we are only doing the activities during the day. Barnabas Christian Camp will be taking care of the overnight.
