Aradhana Yoga Hatha Yoga in the heart of beautiful Old Aylmer in Quebec, just across the river from Ottawa. Held in Parish Hall behind Christ Church Saturday mornings.

Certified yoga teacher Ara offers Hatha Yoga every Saturday morning in the heart of Old Aylmer, Quebec. The classes:
