Booking Policy

One of the greatest benefits of booking with White Willow, is the ability to have your service customized to your specific skin care needs. Consultations are mandatory prior to your first appointment, so please allow an additional 30 minutes upon your first visit. We take pride in customizing our skin care treatments and value our clients time, please ensure your availability upon booking. There will be a $50 deposit upon booking which will be deducted from the balance owing. All deposits are non-refundable.
