PATIENT FORMS: Allow 10-15 minutes to fill in the intake forms. FIRST APPOINTMENT: The first appointment consists of a consultation and a treatment. Allow approximately 1 to 1 ½ hours. FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS: Follow-up appointments on average are 30 minutes to 1 hour, greater or lesser time may be required. MEDICATIONS: If you’re taking prescription medications, kindly bring the list of medications with you for your first appointment. TEST RESULTS: If you have recently had testing for your current or pre-existing condition, for example, Xray, CT scan, MRI, Blood Test etc. Please bring the written results with you.
