Flushing medications or throwing them in the garbage can contribute to pharmaceutical traces in soil and water. Even in low concentrations, these substances may accumulate over time and impact the environment.

The safest option is to return unused or expired medications. We accept prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications, oral natural health products, and certain topical products in their original containers. Check your medicine cabinet at least twice a year to return what you no longer need.

Finally after several updates with new information, the third book in the Logic series is complete. Menopause Logic gives the most up to date information on menopause. Thanks to fellow pharmacist Dragana Skokovic-Sunjic and Dr Henry Muggah for their contributions. Hopefully will be ready on shelves by May as a companion to Healthy Logic and Gut Logic.
