Just a reminder:

As a small business owner providing healthcare services, my income relies on clients coming to their appointments.
•
When you book your appointment you’re reserving that time slot for you. I ask that anyone who needs to cancel does so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment so that other clients have an opportunity to book in. If it’s less than 24 hours or the morning of, it doesn’t give me enough time to contact other clients to fill the spot.
•
A charge of 50% of the treatment cost is invoiced and will need to be paid before or at your next appointment.

I understand that things come up and plans change but last minute cancellations greatly affect my business. I don’t enjoy having to enforce this but, as a businesswoman, it’s required. I want to make sure you understand why and are respectful of my time.
