Welcome to your November energy forecast & pick your own card reading!
We begin the month with Samhain, a time when the veil is thin and Spirit becomes more present in our lives. This is a beautiful time to honour your ancestors and develop a stronger connection to spirit. November is a month 2 in numerology, combined with a year 9 energy, this is our strong call to go inward for spiritual connection. Just as Samhain helps us develop this deeper connection with Spirit, this months energy will support this further.
Next Wednesday, we welcome the 2nd of 3 super full moons in a row. This supermoon trilogy created a divinely guided theme as we close out this transformational year of the snake. Where the October moon lit the spark to alchemize all we have transformed. The November moon is now helping us embody this transformation and light of ours. To support you in grounding your energy and anchoring into your roots we have our Lunar Embodiment practice next Thursday night online.
On the 20th, the New Moon will peak in the watery sign of Scorpio. Like the moon goes inwards into herself, Scorpio asks us to sink into the dark as well for regeneration. This will offer us a quiet dissolving of anything we have outgrown in order to birth new life. Which feels very timely at the end of such a transformational year and before we move forward into the year of the horse.
I went to the animal elders by .frost for a collective guide for this month ahead. It’s amazing that out of all the cards I could’ve pulled it was the Lynx. Who is a powerful reminder to go inward & look beyond the veil, helping us to see clearly all the messages the divine offers us. This elder can travel between the worlds and open us up to communicate with the spiritual realm.
The message I heard when I pulled the card was that it’s time to own our truth and anchor into it, to remember just how powerful we are when anchored into our spirit. The Lynx also says “The truth that I will help you to reveal will lead to transformation & evolution. So get ready for life to change & surrender to the greater plan.”

I am not certain that I have the words after last nights event yet but here it goes.
I am reminded of the power of gathering in circle like that and in awe of the healing possible on an energetic level when that many souls gather to anchor it in. Sometimes my brain still can’t comprehend the magic and I couldn’t possibly love these circles more.
I am filled with gratitude to do this work and especially in collaboration with women who I have known for lifetimes. There was so much ease, flow, light, respect and pure love in this creation with
I also see with so much clarity now that not all healing is hard work at all. Sometimes it’s simply softly landing in circle to be held, sometimes it’s being reminded of our power. That we are the ancestor that our own ancestors have been waiting for. That it’s time to life more fully and move more freely now. For us, for them and all those who will come after.
Thank you to the incredible group of souls who joined us for the first, and certainly not the last, Through the Veil. You were a powerful web all across the world who anchored in a new frequency and we honour you!

One of the many ways spirit can show up for you…
You might feel randomly called to look outside, go for a walk, or retreat to your backyard at the perfect time to come across a beauty such as this standing there in your yard. The timing working out perfectly for you both to cross paths at that exact moment.
Animal symbolism is such a beautiful way that spirit can send messages. When you see this animal, who does it remind you of? What words, places or feelings come to mind? Your first instinct or immediate thought is your trusted intuition.
For me, the blue heron has always been a connection to my ancestral lands and in particular my maternal grandfather. He has been coming through as the heron for years but for the past year he has shown up more, pointing me in a certain direction that I know I need to go.
A quick google search of animal symbolism may even have messages for you. Always set an intention before searching though. Letting spirit guide messages for your highest and best, allowing them to direct what will show up first in your search. Trust the words that land and leave the rest.

Samhain, Oct 31st to Nov 1st, marks the half way point between the Fall Equinox and Winter Solstice. As we move closer to Samhain it is said that the veil between the worlds is at its thinnest. Though I believe Spirit is always near us, you will definitely feel them near more often.
Perhaps your dreams and meditations have been more active and vivid as of late. You might also be seeing more synchronicities or spiritual symbols. This is a beautiful time to connect more deeply to your guides and specifically honour your ancestors.
You may feel called to build an altar for your ancestors, using photos and jewelry of theirs. You can also make their favourite foods or bring the flowers and herbs that remind you of them into your home. Ancestors also love to show up as animals so don’t be surprised if they come forward more.
I recommend only connecting to your wise and well ancestors by setting clear intentions on who or what you wish to connect to. As well as keeping your own vibrations high in order to connect to only the highest and best. This can simply look like only doing the things you love right now and choosing your own peace by going inward.
Many choose to purposely hold bonfires this time of year to ward off any lower vibrational energies as well. I myself noticed that I inadvertently switched to wearing black crystals and clothing last week in order to create an energetic barrier as well. Just because we can connect to spirit doesn’t mean we always have to, it’s equally important to keep your energy clear and practice discernment.
Samhain offers us a powerful time to reflect on the past year. We have been in the year of a snake, full of shedding, renewal and transformation. Take time to honour any deaths and rebirths that you have been through this past year and know that your ancestors are honouring your transformation too.

Our innate connection to the Moons energetic pull is so strong and we have not one, but two super full moons yet to come this year.
Each Full Moon always has a specific theme and energy around it. A way it influences and supports us. It’s something we always honour in our ceremonies online but you may have noticed in my post yesterday that those classes had a name change.
Going forward these ceremonies will be called “Lunar _____”. The second word changing every class with the specific theme of each moon. This way you know what the energy and goal is with each class, the feeling I hope you leave with.
As an example, our next class is called “Lunar Embodiment” as the Full Moon will be in the Earth sign of Ta**us. Calling us to anchor into our roots and ground into our bodies. So if you wish to feel more present, grounded and embodied this is the perfect class for you!

This full moon ceremony is a time to remember that your body is not separate from your spirit. It is the sacred vessel through which your light lives, breathes and moves freely.

Through soulful movement, a guided meditation and energetic healing, we‘ll remember our connection to the moon, to our own light and anchor deeply into presence.

When you ask Spirit for a symbol, sign or assistance and they deliver…
Since August I was clear with Spirit that I would find a piece of sea glass to help me answer a question on my mind. I looked in numerous locations for two months trusting it would happen when it was meant to.
The weekend of our retreat was no different. I walked the beach the night before looking in two different directions. When I found nothing I made peace with the fact that it still wasn’t time yet even after looking for two months.
The day after our retreat day I was heading outside to say my prayers and give thanks. I gift the tree, fire circle and waters that hold us. As I stepped off the property to head to the beach there it was at my feet. The largest piece of sea glass I have ever found, not even close to the shoreline where they usually are.
Unsure how I missed it the two days I was there, floored that it showed up after I set the intention free and the day after our retreat no less, I fell to my knees crying. To find it in this space of all places I travelled to this summer made the most sense. During our retreat weekend of all times was so unbelievably meaningful that I was beyond moved.
Time and again in my own life and in sessions with clients, Spirit absolutely amazes me. After all these years they still move me to tears, it’s how I know I am doing this work from my purest heart and soul. When we ask Spirit for support, notice all the signs they can send us and give thanks to them - they will always deliver when you least expect it.

Tomorrow morning at 8:24am the New Moon in Libra peaks, a time of restoring inner and outer harmony, balance and peace.
A new moon marks the beginning of a fresh new cycle. The sign of Libra invites us to move forward into this fresh start from a place of deep alignment and integrity. Libra will help us weigh our options and see both sides so we may find the path in the middle. Meaning, not everything in life is one way or the other often times the truth lies in the space between.
Libra is deeply connected to community, relationships and bringing people together. This moon will invite us to reflect on our relationships, to heal the disease of separation among ourselves and the collective. To come back into our truth, embody our light and see the light in others too. Perhaps you will be called to balance how you give and receive in relations, to examine how you show up in community or heal any old people pleasing tendencies. As you do this work it is likely you will also welcome in new and much more aligned partnerships and collaborations.
We are often called to set new intentions and plant seeds at this time in the moon cycle. This New Moon in Libra is really asking us to only move forward with those that are truly aligned with our purest heart and truth. Which at the end of the day is for the greatest good of all. What this world needs is more of us embodying our heart and soul, living a life we truly love because that alone grows our collective light.
