Your March Energetic Reading 🌱
We step into a brand new month today, just hours before the Eclipse portal closes. March itself feels like a threshold, as we welcome in the astrological new year and soon new season ahead.
A month four this year and so timely with what is appearing in the collective. The emperor, representing the divine masculine, is calling us to become aware our own internal patterns, values, motives and boundaries. Encouraging us to not become rigid, as we examine our shadows and any unchecked power, need to control or defensiveness that we ourselves carry and are witnessing in the collective.
We are being called to focus on our own foundations so we may operate from a more grounded embodied centre in order to help the state of the world. This will likely be very physical such as tending to our own health concerns, matters at home and in our career. There is a need to rebalance and especially rebuild with themes around safety and trust.
The intuitive card pull is all about honouring polarities just as March itself holds the energy of both winter and spring. I saw the light beating out the dark which is a call for us to tend to our own light and hold it even in the dark. To take a moment to hold and love your own polarities now.
The Unseen side of the card was upright, which is an invitation to look inward and beneath the surface to cultivate depth. Not ironically this side of the card represents the divine feminine. Which is an even stronger call to focus on the subconscious, our emotional side while further leaning into the mystical.
The Lunar Eclipse will peak Monday overnight and is in the South Node. Meaning we might be circling back to any past or karmic stuff in order to release, transcend and complete it once and for all. What themes are showing up for you and how can you tend to your inner light this coming month?

You don’t always need to do more. Sometimes you just need a day in the forest. To be held by the trees as the noise softens and the body exhales. A sacred place where something ancient in you remembers the way.
Wild & Free is not about fixing yourself. It is a day of gentle unraveling; of stepping out of the roles, the expectations, the constant doing and returning to the quiet truth that has always lived inside of you.
The wild woman whose instinct, wisdom and power is fully embodied. The playful, curious spark, that has always been within you from the time that you were born.
Together, we will honour and integrate both your inner child and wise one within. Gathering in community to move, breathe, walk the forest paths, sit by the fire and be held in deeply loving and intentional space.

When I was younger, I was always outside on the earth. Whirling, twirling and dancing. Camping, fishing and swimming. My call towards shamanism and these earth based spiritual practices and beliefs started then on the lands of Northern Ontario.
I knew that each of the elements held medicine, I felt it deep in my bones and was most at home among them. To this day I am happiest barefoot on the earth and I believe most humans are too. We are innately connected to the earth, her source energy is also in us and coming home to her is a remembering for us.
Tomorrow I will share about a retreat I created with this in mind. An opportunity to find respite among 43 acres of forested land. A return to the trees barefoot happy and free. Intentionally shared on my solar return, who I shared with my Grandmother and whose roots in Carpathian Shamanism I reclaimed last year in May too!
This immersive experience in the forest feels like a way of honouring her, the women who came before us and the remembering that continues through each one of us.
It feels like such a potent time in history to reclaim this wise woman and inner light that runs through us all. Are you ready to return to your roots and be held by the land to feel Wild & Free again?

There is a moment in nature when the light begins to return yet nothing is rushing to open. The ground is softening, the breath deepens and life stirs quietly beneath the surface.
Before the Bloom is an online Spring Equinox ceremony rooted in this threshold; the pause between rest and renewal, where growth becomes possible not through force but with the natural turn of the season.
This spacious, nourishing evening is an invitation to slow down and be held as the light finds its balance. Held by Katie and Jennifer , we will gather online in sacred circle and be guided through a trauma-informed conscious connected breathwork journey.
As we breathe, we will be supported with channeled energy healing and light codes, creating a calm, regulated field for restoration and renewal. Allowing the thaw and letting your system ease open as it’s ready, the way a bud unfurls without being asked.
To close, you’ll receive channeled guidance for the Spring season ahead, gentle messages of love, encouragement and support as you move forward in your own time.

I have been so fortunate to cross paths with so many incredible practitioners over the years. To be held by them and sit in ceremony with them. To walk alongside them in this work and support them just as much as they do with me every single step of the way.
It is those healers and space holders that I have felt heart and soul aligned with that I have chose to collaborate with. Part of why I do this is because I see the power and the depth of those spaces when we come together to hold them. I believe we rise by lifting one another up and that this work is so much easier when in the right spaces together.
For the first time ever Katie of and I will be coming together to hold such a space. After walking alongside one another for 5 years; healing, learning and growing. Katie is someone I trust to hold me and she has given me this same trust and honour to hold her many times. There is a mutual respect as we share a lot in common.
We both hold these spaces now because of our own experiences with them. The work we feel called to share is practices that have meant something deeply to our own healing. We didn’t just take many trainings, we have years of lived experiences with them. What we share pours out from the depths of our heart and soul. It can be felt with both tenderness and care.
So it seemed natural to create an incredibly rich and restorative night of softness, love and nourishment. Through your breath and energy healing, held in love by us both as well as your spirit guides. We chose to do this in honour of the transition into Spring, as we softly welcome renewal alongside the Earth.

Today feels like so much energy to honour that I don’t even know where to start. The new moon in Aquarius, combined with the solar eclipse, which is already a threshold in and of itself.
We also step into the Lunar New Year. Closing out the year of the snake and moving into the year of the fire horse, which is yet another important threshold.
We are sitting in a threshold within a threshold. A time of transmutation and reclamation. We have been shedding so much for the last 12 months. Can you take a moment to honour this? To bow before all the versions of yourself that have existed and those waiting to emerge?
The visual I have seen for many of us is a cracking open to expose our light body. To allow our wings to unfurl. To become our truest, most pure, authentic light and soul. There was a reason for all of the shedding, which felt very old and ancestral for many of us.
This threshold is opening us up to a new chapter once all the shedding is complete. There is a pull towards your liberation and highest timeline. It is important to get very intentional about what you want for the next six months until the next eclipse portal. The solar eclipse and fire horse energy, can accelerate timelines.
The clearer and more grounded you are, in your channel, body, heart and soul, the better. Lean into your practices and rest on the earth. This year is not about moving frantically or forcing in anyway. It’s about a new found confidence in where you are going, one intentional heart led step at a time.

I’ve never seen anything like it. The waves of Lake Huron frozen in a moment of time. The sacred pause, the breathtaking stillness, the feeling of pure peace and calm. It was magical. Even for this northern girl who grew up ice fishing on an inland lake which always froze flat. It was like staring at a mountain view as the sunset and I could not be more grateful to share it with you 🙏🏼 I am sure we’ve had many lives here, here’s to more moments exactly like this for all of eternity xoxo

For as long as I can remember I have always felt out of place. Acutely aware that I was a black sheep and frequently told that I was different. Sometimes it was an energetic thing that I could just feel. Other times it was how I thought, felt or wanted to be in this world. I learned to dial myself back whenever I was called weird, too sensitive or too much.
That is until this beauty came along at the age of 8. She saw all of me and accepted it all. She never once judged me or called me any of those things. For once I felt “normal” and I began to see my differences as a strength because of her. She brought out the best in me and continues to every time we are together.
Today is her birthday and I wanted to honour her heart, her life, her soul from afar in some small way. She is not a fan of shout outs like this per se, but she is currently healing and could use the love beams and good juju being sent her way. chamberland thank you for being such a gift in this world and for your steadfast friendship for 30 years now. Every single little girl out there deserves someone like you to walk into their lives and stay. Through it all you stayed and that alone is such a gift.

We are in the final week for the year of the snake. A year of releasing, shedding old skins, patterns and habits. What loops are ready to end once and for all? I don’t doubt that it’s gotten far too heavy to carry any longer. So many of us are feeling tired, overstimulated and disregulated.
Dreams and meditations have been so vivid for weeks now. Snakes carrying me into meditations to show me how to effortlessly peel back my skin to release the old outdated layers. Like I’m cracking open to step out of an old dark shell to expose my purest light, which is multicoloured and shining brightly. A reminder that underneath it all, who we are is source energy. A divine light that shines beneath the surface giving us the courage, strength and energy to go on.
If like me you have been shedding, I invite you to look back at all that you have released. Write it out, shake it out, burn it down, make space for what you now wish to call in. I can’t wait to see how are you called to rise after all the shedding is complete and hold that vision for you next Monday in our New Moon Ceremony. 💖 Jennifer
