Spectrum Holistic Healing Reiki is a Japanese holistic, light-touch, energy-based treatment which brings about healing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

Spectrum Holistic Healing's aspiration is to help others discover and activate their own ability to heal themselves and to assist with healing, balancing and improved self wellness. Reiki seeks to restore order to the body whose energy flow of ki (life force energy) has become unbalanced, which in turn can enhance and accelerate the body's natural healing ability. Through a series of hand positions either directly on or just above the body, the practitioner guides the flow of energy through their body. The client's body then draws off the amount of energy that is required. The healing energy of Reiki can be used to provide relief from conditions such as fatigue, pain, anxiety, negative side effects of treatments and medications, joint problems, and other ailments. The simplicity of a Reiki session may raise some doubt, however after experiencing it most clients keep coming back for more of those relaxing feelings. Reiki speeds up recovery from surgery or long term illness and helps in adjusting to medicine/treatment such as chemo-therapy, it also tends to reduce side-effects. There are no negative effects from Reiki. Reiki is now being used in a growing number of hospitals and clinics throughout the world. Reiki is for Everyone!
