In 2026, 1 in 19 women in Canada will face a colorectal cancer diagnosis…

Too many don’t know the signs.
Too many delay screening.
Too many feel alone in their journey.
We’re here to change that.

Let’s break the silence. Let’s push for prevention, early detection and let’s build a future where fewer Canadian women are lost to this disease.

👉 Talk to your doctor.
👉 Know your risk factors.
👉 Encourage someone you love to get screened.
👉 Share your story - you might save a life.
👉Contact our team to receive information and support

Because women’s health also includes colorectal health.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Cancer affects more than the body—it impacts the heart, mind, and soul. Behind every diagnosis is a story of strength, fear, grief, resilience, adaptation and hope.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s remind ourselves that emotional and mental well-being are essential parts of cancer whole-person care. Whether you’re a patient, caregiver, survivor, or grieving a loved one, your feelings are valid. Your story matters.

💚 It’s okay to not be okay.
💚 It’s okay to ask for help.
💚 You are not alone.

At CCC we offer support groups, one-on-one psychosocial support, community and spaces to simply be. If you're navigating the emotional toll of cancer, do not wait to reach out. We’re here to walk beside you, meet you where you are—without judgment, without pressure, just support.

Mental health care is health care. Let’s care for it with the same compassion we give to every other part of the healing journey. Reach out to support@colorectalcancercanada.com.
