We are proud to be supported each year by the school community at Bird's Creek Public School. Trinkets and Treasures not only offers a unique shopping experience for the "perfect" gift it also teaches students that they can impact charities in their own community.
Pictured are Bird's Creek students Ellie and Rylee presenting the proceeds of the sale to Mrs. Speck!

Thanks ladies!

I just spent the last hour signing receipts from donations received at Christmas. Stay tuned to hear how well we are doing towards our $1.25 million goal. For now, I want you to know that the Fund Dev. committee is blown away by the generosity of our donors....new and continued. We are extremely proud that you trust our committee with your donations towards hospital equipment. From the bottom of our hearts...thank you.

Thank you to everyone who made sure we had the funds to purchase necessary, critical equipment for our hospital. The job is never done, the donation no matter the size is always appreciated. Our 2026 resolution is to continue to be transparent and accountable to you as we all continue to work towards priority equipment purchases. We need you!!

How amazing is this!! We are so grateful to have such amazing, hardworking volunteers and such a committed community. Without any of you we would not have the best equipped hospital in rural Ontario! The Fund Development Committee is beyond grateful.

Donna Fedorov, President of NHDHA, presented a $100,000 cheque to Kim Bishop, Chair of the QHC North Hastings Fund Development Committee (NHFDC), along with committee member Sharon Oram. This contribution represents the initial installment of NHDHA’s three-year commitment totaling $300,000 for the NHFD’s “Care in the Cart 2025/26 Giving Priorities,” which have a combined funding goal of $1,250,000. The priority items include an X-ray machine ($678,883), cardiac monitors ($138,631), an ECG machine ($23,435), and a Holter monitor ($6,113). This significant contribution to our partner NHFD is made possible through the continued support of participating community members and visitors. So from the bottom of our hearts we extend our sincere gratitude to all who have participated in our fundraising efforts for 2025 and look forward to ongoing collaboration and events in 2026!
