Hi, I'm Natasha,
a certified holistic nutritional consultant and Reiki Master based in Banff. I am passionate about helping individuals with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) improve their quality of life through holistic lifestyle changes. Having hEDS myself, I understand the challenges of managing symptoms and their impact on one's life. I am dedicated to being an educator and guide, working with hEDSers to identify underlying imbalances and make personalized nutritional and lifestyle changes to improve their overall well-being. In my free time, I enjoy knitting, crocheting, spending time with my loved ones, travelling and exploring the beautiful outdoors here in Banff National Park.

Our Story

I'm Natasha Martel, a Calgary-based Holistic Nutritionist and Reiki Master. I am passionate about helping people discover how nutritional and lifestyle changes can dramatically improve their quality of life. Humans are incredibly resilient! I truly believe that no matter the health struggles we might be facing, we can move from a place of merely surviving, to adopting a posture of thriving! Due to my own journey to health, I am particularly passionate about helping those with rare and difficult to manage conditions. Are you generally healthy, but still feel there is a piece missing in reaching your optimal health? Have you been told by another medical professional that you would benefit from nutritional counselling? Have you been diagnosed with: An autoimmune condition An inflammatory condition Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) Fibromyalgia Lupus Lyme Disease Marfan's Syndrome Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (CFIDS), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) Parkinson's Have you experienced multiple concussions? Do you have a collection of symptoms that your doctors can't put a name to? If any of these sound familiar, then I believe that optimising your nutrition and balancing your energies might be the missing link in optimising your health.
