You just want it to feel… normal again.

But instead it’s always there.

Always in the back of your mind, wondering if what you’re eating is “good enough.”

I won’t lie… walking into the gym on day 1 is literally the hardest part…

What actually happens inside WIS… 👀

What if you’re not “addicted” to food?

What if you’re addicted to the relief it gives you from a day of restricting.🫶

Like… you were SO good all day.

Overnight oats for bfast, salad for lunch, skipped the office snacks, drank your water. You were legit textbook healthy eating.

And then 8pm hits and suddenly you’re standing at the kitchen counter eating peanut butter straight from the jar wondering what is WRONG with you.

Nothing is wrong with you, boo.

That’s just your nervous system at its tipping point and your body doing its job.
