“I’m just not ready yet.”

That’s what almost every woman says before stepping foot in the gym… (btw, stepping foot in the gym is literally the hardest part and then it only gets easier from there. I promise!)

Most women don’t avoid lifting because they’re lazy.

They avoid it because they don’t know where to start. And they’re scared to look stupid.

Scared to get it wrong. Scared everyone will judge them. Scared they’ll fail (again).

So they wait. For motivation. For discipline. For courage.

But here’s the truth no one tells you:
You’ll never feel ready. You’ll become ready once you take action.

Women in Strength was built for the woman who wants to feel strong…

These are experiences from real women who were brave enough to go deeper than quick fixes, strict meal plans or weight loss tactics. These are coming home to yourself stories on sustainable wellness that goes far deeper than how many calories you ate at dinner or whether or not you should fast…

These are experiences from women who thought their bodies were broken after trying everyTHING out there to lose weight…

who believed food was the problem…

who assumed discipline = restriction…

and fat loss would magically appear after skipping dessert…

Instead, when we went deeper than food analysis or weight loss strategies. And this happened:
• cravings quieted
• binge cycles stopped
• guilt loosened its grip
• strength became safe
• food became neutral
- hunger and fullness was felt
• bodies became trusted again
Not because they tried harder.

But because they finally learned a different way.

One client told me:

“I feel so proud knowing I will NEVER need to diet again.”

She’s watching everything.🤍

How I talk about my body.
How I talk about food.
Whether I skip dessert or actually sit down and eat.

And honestly? That used to terrify me.

Because for years, I was stuck in the cycle of “I’ll start Monday,” restricting all week, then binging on the weekend.

I was exhausted from being obsessed. I was irritable because I was consumed. And I was constantly trying to shrink myself into some tiny version I thought I was supposed to be.

But then I picked up the weights.

Not to punish my body.
Not to “earn” my meals.
But because I wanted to build muscle & feel strong in my own skin.

✨And that’s when everything started to shift.

When you start lifting, you stop obsessing over the . You start caring about what your body can do—not just how it looks.

You eat to fuel your lifts, not to fit into smaller jeans.
