This summer we would like to introduce you a new member of our team. She is our local athlete and has work her training routine with our amazing Rebecca, and the extraordinary Jonah. for the past 4 years.
She will be co-creating with our team of physiotherapist sort videos showing the amazing progress, the real importance of training even after been 100% healed from an injury. Sarah as suffered several injuries in the past years but never give up on herself healing and the hard dedication paid off with the incredible support of the Altitude team. She was fast forward all her injuries and was back on her snowboard to give to others the Spiritual Snowboarding. A space to grow within the snow sports industry, where lots of us hurt our body and keep belief patterns within us, that don't serve us. Like fear of hurting yourself again, reinjure or even never do your favorite hobby.
Sarah will be showing us how she over come so many challenges, thanks to physiotherapy and self discipline.
