🔥 The hell with waking up early… or so I thought.

For as long as I can remember, I was a night owl. Late nights were my creative escape—no emails, no notifications, no demands—just pure focus. But over time, I started relying on nights to get things done, pushing my limits with caffeine and junk food, feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in a cycle that wasn’t serving me.

I was defensive about it, too. Anytime someone suggested waking up early, I had a million reasons why I was a night person. But the truth? I had never given mornings a fair shot.

So, I challenged myself: 31 days of waking up at 4:30 AM. No strict bedtime, no complicated routine—just one goal: wake up early for ME, not for anyone else.

And guess what? It changed my life.

Here’s a precious mindset…

I love how many people come to me hoping to solve their problems and achieve their goals but hate every single possible solution because none of them feel comfortable or convenient. 😂

What a precious mindset to have. I want change and I am willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen, but I also refuse to do anything that makes me feel any discomfort.

Here’s a truth. It’s usually fear that get’s in the way. Fear is the uncomfortable part. Sometimes the fear is that this may actually work and change their lives! The fear is also the unknown.

Here are some common things people have shared with me:
✅ Lack of Time: Mornings are too rushed to add extra activities
✅ Difficulty Waking Up: TIRED and making a structured routine seem daunting
✅ Perceived Lack of Flexibility: Belief that routines are too rigid and limit spontaneity (that’s a big one)
✅ Uncertainty About Benefits: Without experiencing the advantages firsthand, some people doubt the value of a morning routine
✅ Overwhelmed by Options: The abundance of advice and examples can feel overwhelming, making it hard to know where to start (this is also a big one and that’s where I come in handy)
